YDSC is through to the last 5 of the prestigious 'RYA Club of the Year Awards'! The overall winner was announced at the Dinghy Show at Alexandra Palace on Sat 6th March. Erica Caswell (who wrote the application) and 3 other committee members attended a special luncheon with the RYA and then the winners were announced on the main stage at 4.30 pm. To get through to the last 5 is great recognition of the fantastic progress the club has made in the last year.

We came joint second!    http://www.yachtsandyachting.com/news/?article=150701  ...considering the opposition a fantastic result.

If you have received the letter but still not returned your direct debit form , please do so ASAP.  If there is a problem let either Andrew or myself know. Welcome

Welcome to the home page of the Yorkshire Dales Sailing Club. Located high in the magnificent scenery of the Dales National Park, Grimwith Reservoir is the largest inland sailing venue in Yorkshire (371 acres). We believe it's the best place to enjoy Sailing or Windsurfing in the area, and some say the North. Since the opening of our state of the art clubhouse in Autumn 2009 we also have arguably the best facilities in the North. Come and have a look - you'll want to be a part of it!

Yorkshire Dales Sailing Club is Registered Charity No. 1110757
